Aqua Park at Gosford Waterfront
A $400,000 inflatable water park, the first of its kind in NSW, will open at the Gosford waterfront on December 10. The temporary water wonderland was given the green light by Central Coast Council on Tuesday afternoon.
Open for three months on Brisbane Water, between Gosford Sailing Club and the Gosford Olympic Pool, the attraction is expected to draw thousands of people.
Queensland-based company Aqua Splash, is behind the project and director Jason Ford said he was thrilled to get the final approval from Central Coast Council this week.
“We are excited, absolutely,” Mr Ford said. “It means we will definitely be open for business on December 10.”
