Today RDA Central Coast met with Lowes TC to discuss potential regional benefits of the Food Agility CRC. Lowes TC is an agri-science business that propagates new plant varieties for distribution to customers across the world.
The tissue culture company is performing cutting edge agri-science to bring new plant varieties for landscaping, food production and home gardening.
With their head office on the NSW Central Coast and facilities in India and Ireland, Lowes TC supplies over 3.5 million live plants every year internationally.
The Central Coast’s participation in the Food Agility CRC provides organisations such as Lowes TC the support and assistance required to match and surpass the capabilities of global competitors and optimise the enormous potential for Central Coast agriculture and food value chain providers within our region.
